Refund policy
At Onirique, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Due to the limited and carefully prepared nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed.
Exceptions apply only if:
- The wrong item was sent by us, or
- The item received is defective due to a manufacturing error.
In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:
